John Stoneman is an absolute pleasure to deal with every time he is here on site. He explains everything very clearly, is efficient with what he is attending for and extremely knowledgeable. John makes the service with Rentokil seamless.

Jake Allen was professional, efficient and clear. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, which I found very helpful as I had no previous experience of pest problems.

The technician was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done on both visits. He explained everything to us, and then told us when he would return to complete the work. Chris our service engineer is good, very informative and knowledgeable. The overall service from Rentokil is a good one. The one improvement that could be made is price, especially where contract companies are used in place of Rentokil employees.
