The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.

I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

The wonderful gentleman who came out to my property Jack was super friendly and very helpful. I’d been having issues for over a year with a pesky little squirrel and he managed to catch the little guy. He seemed to care very much about his job and made the whole experience a lot less doom and gloom. Would recommend him to anyone :)

Helpful friendly staff who explained the process

Spent thousands of money to get Rentokil out to fill in holes as we had rats a few months ago. Today we discovered a rat and we called out pest control. They told me the holes was not filled in properly and thats the reason why we had rats again. Lost for words as we spent thousands with rentokil. Would not recommend them to anyone

The pest controller Mehmet was very reassuring and guided me through each step of the works he carried out. He widened my knowledge on rodent species. I couldn’t thank him enough for his help and support, a true asset to the company.

Since we have been using Rentokil for treating Bed Bugs the service has been exceptional! Fantastic communication with both parties enabling a swift service. Having Will Fisher attend site is amazing, he is passionate and dedicated to his trade, it really is a pleasure having him attend our site.

Sam Sharman is polite, helpful and informative. He has been punctual and has informed us in advance if he is unable to arrive at the pre arranged time. It has been a pleasure to have him sorting out out moth problem.

Raez is very professional. On the few occasions I have met him, he has always been polite, knows his role and is very informative with regards to next steps. Knowledge is key and Raez has all the tools at hand to resolve any issue quickly and effectively.

The experience was a useful and an insightful one because me and my Brother were kept informed at every stage of the experience as to the progress undertaken. I wanted to get assurances as to the completeness of the work carried out; both Richard and Kirsty kept us informed as to what work exactly they had done to remove the mice(one rat!) in addition to a large wasps nest(dead, with one queen wasp included!) Now, we are both satisfied that the likelihood of any unwanted rodents re-homing and/or re-forming will not recur! Pest Control team Richard and Kirsty were available to speak to over-the-phone and were on hand to answer any questions and/or concerns. Both were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and were the kind of officers I would recommend. Price of servicing a bit expensive. Cant fault the service given by Michael every time he has been in to service our building. Professional, helpful, friendly and above all super informative on everything he does. After an issue which resulted in several call outs he went above and beyond on putting together a powerpoint presentation for me which i could pass over to my housekeeping department that was far more informative than the information we had onsite, which was above and beyond the service expected. An asset to your team
