I dont usually do this but ive done research and read all of the reviews and wanted to share my experience. Yesterday I called Rental Kharma trying get more information for my tenants, I didn't notice I clicked the Spanish line and Erik picked up speaking Spanish so I right away said sorry and said I would call back. The rep right away said no need for that how may I assist you usually when you call somewhere and you click the wrong line they ask to transfer you or call back not here and I love that. Erik helped answer my questions and even sent me an email with his contact information for my tenants. Can't wait to work with Rental Kharma and Erik!

Most unprofessional business ever. I purchase yearly membership for $135, and I cancel the same day literally hours later. Once I realized this is not a better business Bauer company and it doesn’t report to Experian, or Equifax. The customer rep said it would take 5-7 days to get my refund which I never did. I had to report this as fraud to my bank as they never gave me the refund and I didn’t get anything out of it. I am also in the process disputing this with transunion.

Cassie was amazing she went above and beyond to get my rent verified. My landlord was very Head strong Adamant about releasing her information in order to get me verified for my rent. But Cassie and her team did everything they could to get my rent verified and approve. Thanks Rental Kharma

I don’t think it’s worth the money. My score never increased and once you close the account (I purchased a home) It became a negative report on my credit… just pay your rent with your credit card.

After reviewing our credit file through credit karma, I discovered Rental Kharma was not reporting our rent payments for 6 mos! If I'd never caught this, I guess they would've kept taking our monthly payments instead of reporting to the credit bureaus...Smh! If there was any problem on their end, we should've been contacted.

This was 1 of the best decision, I have ever made. It was an easy process. They were friendly and on point. I reported 8 years & my score went up 41 point. This really worked for me. I have been trying to understand how to fix my credit for years. After one credit consult with Aly I not only understand what I need to do to bring my score up, I have a plan of action. Thank you Aly for being so awesome.
