Wir haben einen Mietwagen über Ryanair bei „Goldcar“ gebucht und die Voll-Versicherung von RentalCover.com gewählt. Nach Rückgabe des Mietwagens, die bei Goldcar nicht persönlich erfolgte, da das Büro vor 06:00 nicht besetzt war, wurde uns 7 Wochen!!! später einfach ein angeblicher Schaden an der Karosserie in Rechnung gestellt und meiner Kreditkarte ohne Beachtung/Bearbeitung des Widerspruches belastet. Ich fühlte mich zunächst völlig hilflos/verunsichert und nur dem Team von RentalCover.com habe ich es zu verdanken, dass mir nach Einreichen der erforderlichen Dokumente, der Schaden im Nachhinein unproblematisch und schnell ersetzt wurde. Ich bin ungemein dankbar für die schnelle und professionelle Unterstützung, die heutzutage sicher nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist!

Huge rock flew off semi hauling very full load of hay bales. After the shock of watching it come right at me going 65 mph, and it not going right through the windshield of this very expensive vehicle, my mind relaxed knowing I had the coverage. Yet another reason to always add this coverage.

My experience with rental cover was great. After renting a car in Germany i was charged for a scratch on the lower forefront. Luckily I had rental cover protection. After handing in the claim with the required documents rentalcover reimbursed the full amount I had been charged within two working days. I was positively surprised how well and quickly this worked. Far better than dealing with a car rental agency! This is how an insurance company should work giving me a good feeling for all my future rentals to be insured with them. Fully recommended!

Contraté un seguro con RentalCover y la experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Después de presentar una queja porque no respondían dentro del plazo prometido y era imposible contactar con ellos, finalmente recibimos una propuesta de pago muy por debajo de lo que corresponde según contrato. En las condiciones se especifica claramente que también deben cubrir los cargos por “loss of use”, pero solo nos ofrecieron abonar los gastos de reparación y administrativos, dejando fuera 860 € que nos corresponden. Si no lo hubiéramos revisado con detalle, habríamos perdido ese dinero. A día de hoy siguen sin responder a los correos electrónicos y sin ofrecer una vía de contacto clara. La sensación es de engaño y de falta total de transparencia. No recomiendo contratar con esta compañía.
