We booked rental car for garden route exploration in south africa. The pick up was smooth and service was great. We had also taken claim under full protection and the we received the claim approval and amount within a week. 1 star is less because the guy who was responsible for collecting the car was rude. Overall great service.

Quando ho presentato la mia richiesta a RentalCover, mi hanno risposto a stretto giro approvandola via e-mail e confermando il pagamento dell'importo di spesa sostenuto. Ho inserito i miei dati bancari nel sito, come richiesto, e sono in attesa del pagamento. Questa può essere un'esperienza molto stressante in molti casi, soprattutto quando non è colpa tua. Servicio intuitivo y correcto

Rented a campervan in Iceland which we insured with RentalCover.com. This was around €500 cheaper than the insurance of the rental company itself. We made 2 claims in total, one for being locked out of the car with the car keys inside, and one for a star in the windshield caused by a little stone. The claims were both approved and paid for within 10 days of making the claim (without any questions). Response to e-mails were also quick. Besides that, we wouldn't even have been insured for being locked outside of the car with our rental company. If you're traveling to island with a rented car, this insurance is a must have for me.

As soon as the rental car company sent me the relevant paperwork which I could then send on to Rental Cover, the process was very quick and efficient
