ZERO RESPONSE TO EMAILS after claims submission - are they running away from responsibility?
First uploaded my claims documents on 13 Jul 26. They requested for more docs which I submitted on 17 Jul 26. Since then, they have gone 100% radio silence. I've been writing in to ask for updates, and between then and today, 31 Jul 26, THERE IS ZERO REPLY. I'm not sure where their 5-stars came from, but I'm beginning to think that this platform is a scam.
