Cannot thank Joshua (the driver who collected the car) enough ! He called and let me know when he would get here (had a window of 0700-1700) and was so friendly and helpful. The car that needed to be taken was a whole wreck of a vehicle and he worked so hard, and actually way more than most would have done, to get it taken away. He is an absolute star and saved our neighbourhood and my reputation by getting rid of it ! He was amazing ! All calls and emails answered promptly by very courteous and friendly folk, money received and so happy with their service ! Exceptional ! Well done and thank you !

Arrived as arranged, jump started car and loaded car on to trailer, sorted paperwork and provided cheque all within about 20 minutes. Very courteous. Excellent service.

I find remove my car through Google, easy steps to get price online without speaking to human. I checked with many scrapyards but remove my car offered me best price . So I accepted offer. And called customer services to book appointment for collection. Vehicle was collected in 8 days. Collection went smooth, paid instantly. Good customer services, will use them again if they offered good price.

I contacted them on the Monday afternoon because they offered a fair price, The office contacted me and said that there was a driver in my area but unfortunately I was at work . Their driver came back on the Friday when I was available, nothing was too much trouble at all . The driver had my car loaded quickly and efficiently whilst chatting away ,then explained what I should do with the paperwork. I fully expected to be paid at the end of the working day but around 45 minutes after the driver had left I received a notification from my bank saying that the money had been paid in . Awful customer service, car wasn’t collected excuse given was driver had a puncture. Re arranged collection three times and use the same excuse twice! Appalling company, car still not collected. Wasted 3 whole days waiting! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY

Easy and great price with no hassle

Used this service under the impression the car would be scrapped due to being unroadworthy people collected car and drove it away with no insurance or tax then found it up for sale over 6x the price they paid for it the same day avoid at all costs

One other notable company let me down twice so I thought I'd contact these and it went without a hitch. Car was jumped, loaded and gone in 20 mins and the money was in my account by 4pm the same day & it was more than the folks who let me down. No stress & professional.
