Nice and easy. Fill in the online paperwork and accept the price offered. You'll then get a call from the collection company to arrange the collection of your car. Money was in the account within a couple of hours.

Took 5 days after original date to be collected without a simple phone call to let me know you're not coming so wasted a lot of time messing about. Should have read the reviews before using this service. Still waiting to be paid, after reading the reviews highly doubt I'll be paid what stated online. Sad really when just a few things could make the whole service better.

Great service just little delay on payment

Agreed to collect my van from the garage it was at. Originally contracted to get Redcorn ltd to pick up 30th January. After 5 days in a row of saying it was being collected, it wasn't and the garage had to tow it to another scrapper out of their own pocket, receiving £0 payout after we were quoted £300 by removemycar, who failed to do their job

not a lot i can say , easy to deal with , came when due , done all the paperwork , and paid more than others online dealers , paid the same day
