Great service, super quick to book my car in and payment was cleared the next day. Offered more than local scrap yards. Would definitely recommend.

1pm-6pm slot booked today to pick up my car. Failed to turn up. No communication. I called their number twice and it trips over to an overseas phone handling service who did not have clue what I was talking about. UPDATE: I have now found another company to do this for me.

It has been a fiasco from the point I accepted the offer. I was told that collection of my car would happen on a Wednesday, they turned up on Monday. I handed over my car (big mistake) and then a driver turned up on Wednesday to collect my car (again) despite me saying that I no longer had the car. Payment was guaranteed to be processed within 24 hours and allowing for banks would be in my account by the Thursday, no sign of the money, no pending transactions - nothing! I have been told numerous times that I will be paid (I've called and emailed to chase A LOT) but seems no one wants to pay me! I cannot recommend the company and would say run for the hills! UPDATE - now the following week and still waiting for payment despite contacting the customer service team again!

Fantastic service. Price offered was the price paid unlike other companies who try and knock the price down for no reason. Very fast collection of my car with clear communication keeping me up to date and super prompt payment the next day. Would highly recommend

Very quick and easy to use

The whole process went very smooth from the initial contact and online quote to the collection of the vehicle. The collection was well within the time frame stated with a very polite and helpful member of the team who gave me a receipt, filled in and gave me my part of the V5C and informed me that the money would be in the bank account by 6pm which it was. All in all a pleasant experience.

Would not use this company they offered a quote of a Friday then prices changed by the Monday and used every excuse as to why they could not collect blaming collection team, so I tried another vehicle the day after they told me they were not collecting and had a phone call straight away from collection team to arrange collection but they just didn’t want to honour the price of the first car, have all screenshots and proof from chats with them etc

Came and removed it so easily and very easy to deal with. Was all done in no time at all.

Liaison with local garage was fine although it was a bit mean to knock more money off for a missing battery. Pick up was quick and communication that they were on their way was useful. Transfer of money was quick and no hassle in my bank next day

Most competitive price for scrap car in the area and Benfleet scrap metal company turned up on time on the date arranged. First time I’ve had a scrap car collected and couldn’t ask for more. Remove my car phoned on the day after the car was collected to see if it had been collected and I confirmed it had been and I had been paid the agreed amount . All in all a very positive experience.

The service from the breaker was impeccable, (apart from being just a little later than originally stated). The chap doing the pick-up was friendly, helpful and competent. Their payment by bank transfer came through quickly and in full. I could not have asked for better.

Awful company - do NOT use! Still waiting for payment and poor communication. They were meant to collect it on Friday and never showed up, no message or anything. Then Saturday afternoon someone arrives to take the car, again no message from the company to tell me this was happening. Anyway, it has now been nearly 2 weeks and they have still not payed me for the car, despite me chasing them daily. As I was getting nowhere with them, I asked for the accounts department contact details which I was then given a fake email address that doesn’t work. I’m very concerned that I will never see my money despite them having taken my car over a week ago now.
