Do not use. Waited 24 hours for a call then arranged a collection for 3 days time as per the website. Then recieved a call saying they couldn't collect Friday and could they collect Monday. I said no. they then called back and offered a Thursday collection. Brilliant! apart from it came with a condensing lecture that it states up to 3 days for collection despite them wanting to make it 6 days till collection. I agreed to the Thursday only to recieve yet another call with yet another lecture about it being a 3 day collection turnover despite them trying to make it 6 day. Then after I asked if they wanted to collect the car on Thursday they suddenly claimed they were going to offer me a Wednesday collection but weren't any more. Surprise surprise. You have been warned
