The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Ordered a topper on Tuesday and received it on Friday as promised. Packaged securely. Easy to open and allow the topper to expand and to allow any odours to disappear- did not notice any. Feels firmer than expected. Holds my spine in a better position than my mattress on its own. Still getting used to it after a few days sleeping on it. Had a hip operation a few months back plus other back issues, so hoping that the topper will remove the discomfort .Great price and quality in comparison to a few other companies I tried in-store. Its a shame that REM-FIT do not have a store to try out their mattresses as I would happily buy one after trying a mattress out. Even though they offer a 200 day trial , what do I do with my other mattress during that time if the new one does not suit?

A first class service and product. The two delivery men were amazing; kept us informed on our delivery time, polite and exceptionally helpful. We paid for our old mattress to be taken away which was done swiftly. We love our REM-Fit mattress despite feeling it might be too soft initially. How wrong we were! The free pillows are very comfortable which was an added bonus.

Sadly returning some pillows because they don’t suit the aesthetic of my room. The pillows are very full and mould to you when you touch them but to look at they stay full and I like them to look a certain way laid out on the bed which is the only reason I am returning them. Would be good if they did some thinner ones maybe? Shame because the pillows feel like they would be very comfortable, didn’t try them out for fear of loving them and wanting to keep them! Haha The company has already processed the return which was only started yesterday, after the pillows arrived the day before and responded to all my emails very quickly to provide me with a shipped label etc. Thank you

Great product with lots of free extras - bought a king size with free pillows, protector and pillow protectors. Delivery was straightforward was notified of a 2 hour time slot and delivery to room of our choice so very happy. This is the 2nd mattress we’ve bought

We have had our new mattress (Pocket 1000) for almost a week now and are finding a good choice, comfortable and supportive. Our previous mattress was fully foam so the bounciness that comes with the springs took a bit of getting used to but it's great now. We haven't tried the mattress protector, pillows or pillow protectors yet that came as the gift with purchase, as advised by the trial period guarantee (in case we decided to return the mattress) so I can't comment on these. The downside to the order was the delay in dispatch. On checkout I was given the option to pay extra for 1-day delivery, but as the free standard delivery was 1-5 days I felt that was adequate. However it was not made clear how long it would take to dispatch the items. Immediately on ordering I received tracking information so I felt optimistic it would be quick, however after 6 working days this had not updated so I contacted Rem-fit who explained that the whole order had been held back awaiting the free pillow protectors which had gone out of stock. For a delay that is caused by something outside of the normal packing and shipping process I would expect to be notified really. I was offered an alternative pillow protector to speed up dispatch, which I accepted, and I was told I would shortly hear from the courier. In fact I did not hear from them for a further week. Delays notwithstanding, we cannot fault the free delivery process - we chose a convenient date from a selection offered and we were notified of a 2 hour slot the day before. On the morning we received an estimated arrival time which was almost spot-on, the guys were slick and professional and took away our other mattress (well worth paying the extra for). So 5* for the product and delivery but a bit less for the communication in between (although the agent I spoke to was very polite and apologetic).
