Delivery issue
I recently wrote a review about failed delivery. The reflex team was helpful in resolving the issue with FedEx. They contacted me personally by phone and I was impressed with their willingness to make sure my experience was more positive.

I received mine at my winter vacation home in Hawaii. Great customer service. These people are great the only thing it doesn’t say to take it once a week or every day or every other day please confirm

Long wait for items
I had to wait over 3 months to receive the items and asked several times for the parcel, when it was ready, to be marked for my attention as a previous parcel wasn't and got lost in our building. Unfortunately this parcel wasn't marked for my attention either.

Loved the sticker knowing exactly who packed my package. The personal touch and care taken in providing my items was so nice. Got extra little message and treat for Christmas from the company. Items were exactly as described on website. Good service.
