Had a query which was dealt with over the phone, good product knowledge which helped me a lot. Placed the order online and it arrived promptly the next day. Great service and great communication. Would recommend highly.

Was fast delivery, product is as expected, only issue was they didnt put my name on the package, just my adress which meant my parcel was opened by someone else. Other than this everything was great!

Terrible Service
I placed an order for 30 books in February. Reflex informed me the publisher would supply the books within 48 hours however I spent weeks chasing Reflex who gave me no update other than they were chasing the publishers. After a number of weeks I then requested a refund which was agreed but weeks later still I am chasing them to process this. After contacting the publisher I was informed that the books which were sold me are not even available in digital format despite Reflex selling these. I would like to put an end to this situation and appreciate our refund for the Institute of Trichologists being processed please
