Most things in this world are made in China these days tho there are also a lot of fakes that come out of there as well, unfortunately this was one of the fakes. Instructions are not for the actual item you receive and there's no calibration of gauge the needle goes above the 300 and does not hold the pressure.

When the delivery driver left a “could not deliver so leftvit with a neighbour” note which said “shop in high st” which is somewhat vague as there are several shops.....! The firm made ineffective answers to my enquiry saying I had to deal with yourselves, which I did. You sent replacement items which arrived the next day, so thank you and superb service.

Once again I have ordered some equipment and consumables from Reflex Medical, and as always they were a delight to deal with. The items were delivered promptly and the prices were good.

Quick deliver, good price and a wide range of medical products. A couple of things were out of stock but they sent these on separately with a bag of haribo as well!
I spent a lot of money on a pair of xshears, ordered red handles and black ones arrived. Needed to use them and don't have time to repack, print return, drive and then que in the post office to return it. Dissappointed Reflex medical got in touch with me the day after this review, and sent me a brand new pair of xshears in the colour of my original order. Impressed with this level of service and a company keen to make things right. Thankyou
