Brilliant service order came quick would defo use again

Purchased the XShears and Tactical holster. Great products. Reflex Medical were very competitively priced, had the products in stock and dispatched my order quickly. Excellent service.

Website is easy to use. Ordered a new Paramedic bag and was given a delivery of 3-5 working days. Arrived bang on and that was to Northern Ireland. Product was securely packaged and as described. Very happy and would recommend to others.

Apparently the driver couldn't deliver the product as no one was hone. My wife works from home and I had arranged to work from home on the delivery day especially, so someone was home all day. I then had to go and collect the package from the local Coop. I am the Medical Officer for Dartmoor Search & Rescue Team (Tavistock), part of Mountain Rescue England and Wales, and had ordered the 'Blizzard Blanket' to trial for the team with the prospect of ordering more. Very disappointed and unimpressed with the service provided and based on this experience will not be ordering from Reflex Medical again.
