I really had a great time communicating with RP CS Jennie via Red Pocket Customer Support. RP CS Jennie was very quick to respond and very patient as well. Thank you so much!
I received my sim card Tuesday and tried to port but got an error. Worked with a CSR who said the zip code was wrong. How this could happen I don't know. Then he told me it would take up to 24 hours so I waited until Wednesday. Still getting an error so I contacted my previous carrier who said the pin was wrong. I chatted with the second CSR at Red pocket who said she resubmitted the request and to wait 24 hours. I immediately checked with my previous carrier who said the address was wrong. He sent me a copy of the port in request from Red pocket and the address didn't even exist. So I got another chat going with Red pocket and she resubmitted the request with the correct address. I made her wait until I spoke to the previous carrier CSR who reviewed the request and said the zip code was wrong and it was. Asked the CSR to please fix and resend and finally it worked. I thought all was good until I got out of WiFi range today and found I have no data. Probably spent two hours with two different CSRs today who could not resolve the issue. I gave up. Probably spent a total of six hours over three days. I asked for a port out pin and am looking for a new plan. I doubt I will get my $30 back either.
