Hosts beware

Hosts beware. Do not list with this rental platform. The communication, follow through, and payment processes are horrible! It has been 2 weeks since we hosted a two-day rental and no one has responded to a single email that we have sent and we have had to involve the Better Business Bureau of the polarimo County California local licensing board. Do yourself a favor and read the Better Business Bureau and all reviews that aren't published by Red awning as they are biased. Unless you feel like being constantly managing right awning more than you would have managed your own platform or property. They are simply a high price listing service that expects to get cleaners through turno and maintenance through Thumbtack and will say they are a full service platform but they are no service platform. Please do your homework and believe the things you read

Lack of professionalism and knowledge

I had a very disappointing experience with RedAwning, specifically with a representative named Scott. He was not only unhelpful, but he also demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge. Instead of trying to help or offer solutions, he was dismissive throughout the call and ultimately hung up on me before I had even finished speaking. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It has caused me to lose all trust in RedAwning.

“This townhome was absolutely perfect…

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated.”

I booked for saint croix and got sent…

I booked for saint croix and got sent to saint thomas even tho my stuff said saint croix and now we had to buy a room here spare the moment and the only fairy that runs is at 3 and it’s only one fairy a day so we are stuck and bookings. Com isn’t willing to do anything for there mistake I would liked to be fully reimbursed for the inconvience that they caused

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view! The house is small, but has everything one might need. Pet friendly, with a nice fenced-in backyard for the pups. Stargazing was incredible, and we enjoyed true silence.

Redawning saved the day

Redawning saved the day! I needed to find a place for my tenants while we fix their roof. Redawning was the only place to book last minute and so easily. While Airbnb hosts only accepted you if you have Airbnb reviews (whatttt? What if it’s my first time??), and Vrbo kept canceling after booking- RedAwning came through. Special shoutout to Efa who was quick, friendly and professional. Will be using again!

Great location if you're trying to get…

Great location if you're trying to get 1st chair at Canyon; quick 5min walk. The place is definitely dated, but for a quick ski week the place was great. Kitchen was nice and stocked well. Bed was comfy, living room was great especially w/ the 2 lazy boy chairs, and the patio was nice with a direct view of the canyon lifts. Overall this really is a good place with easy access to canyon; perfect for a couple (didnt test the quality of the pull out couch though). We did have a few issues upon arrival though; the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, clogged, and flooded inside. There were also only 3 bath towels (no wash clothes, kitchen towels, or hand towels), and were told they didnt have access to additional towels since everyone steals them (that was strange). However, on Day 2, they were quick to respond to fix the dishwasher and provide many more towel options. Kind of a disappointing arrival day due to these issues, however by day 2 we were set and happy.
