Hosts beware

Hosts beware. Do not list with this rental platform. The communication, follow through, and payment processes are horrible! It has been 2 weeks since we hosted a two-day rental and no one has responded to a single email that we have sent and we have had to involve the Better Business Bureau of the polarimo County California local licensing board. Do yourself a favor and read the Better Business Bureau and all reviews that aren't published by Red awning as they are biased. Unless you feel like being constantly managing right awning more than you would have managed your own platform or property. They are simply a high price listing service that expects to get cleaners through turno and maintenance through Thumbtack and will say they are a full service platform but they are no service platform. Please do your homework and believe the things you read

Lack of professionalism and knowledge

I had a very disappointing experience with RedAwning, specifically with a representative named Scott. He was not only unhelpful, but he also demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge. Instead of trying to help or offer solutions, he was dismissive throughout the call and ultimately hung up on me before I had even finished speaking. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It has caused me to lose all trust in RedAwning.

“This townhome was absolutely perfect…

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated.”

Price said one thing after checking out…

Price said one thing after checking out I was charged a extra 250.00 on hotel .com I wanted my money back they said there are no refunds. That’s not right most companies said you you can cancel and get refund as long as you do it 48 hours before date of check in. I try 6 days before nothing yet

was not pleased at all , you booked our stay then sent us a confirm number. then with in 24 you guys sent a cancelation notice. when I called customer service you said to rebook again and the same thing would happen but you charged my card twice, that's a joke or scam.

RedAwning reservation nonsense

I booked this 2 days stay through Hotels. com whom I've bee a very long member in good standing always. Your reservations department made me waste almost an hour making me answer questions that are all available through Hotels.com to satisfy your risk management system. when they did this and i repeated it at least three times i had already been in the unit for almost 24 hours, I had the entrance code provided by the property owner etc. Your reservations people just wouldn't understand and in the end provided me with information i already had. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

Excellent townhouse for family

Excellent townhouse. Very clean and has all the basic household necessities. Location is also very close to everything including Disney springs. I would definitely stay here again.

Booking with EASE

I like that I gives you details and pictures of the selected apartment/room that you are booking. It gives you the grand total of your stay and if any extras that are applied amongst your arrival, it states that in the important information section. It is very easy to book no complications at all.

Hotel location and view is beautiful…

Hotel location and view is beautiful however the front desk staff and security/hoa staff were very rude and judgmental. I had to call maintenance 3 times for repairs on AC, lightbulbs and washing machine. All were fixed but very inconvenient. Dishwasher was also broken and had old nasty water that smelled really bad. Did not call for repair at this point was over the rudeness and they made me feel unwelcome
