I had an order placed and Royal Mail tried to delivery to my local co op unfortunately couldn’t, they then resent the parcel back to these idiots and they keep sending me automated emails and won’t send me the refund back even though on the tracker it states it’s gone back!!! it’s been two weeks this has totally put me off ever ordering this is the first order and will be the last! Absolutely disgusting!

I made a order some jeans and a few dresses from seeing them on social media. Wish I had read the reviews as the negative ones are true. My order was supposedly dispatched then stated delivered but the deliver picture was not my home and it was with me neighbours. Contacted rebellious fashion to be told they launched a investigation with Royal Mail and they will be in touch. To then wait 10 days for them to tell me Royal Mail delivered to my home and they will not replace order or give refund. I have no order and it was not delivered to my house. They didn’t provide any evidence from Royal Mail of the supposed investigation which I believe is a lie. Don’t waste your money if you even get order

Didn't process my refund after saying they received my return/ which I have as an email confirmation, confirming the return being delivered back to them. No help back and forth emailing. Refused to take it further and let me speak to managers or make formal complaints. So no refund still. Disgraceful.
