Fiona was fantastic at helping me change my delivery after i accidentally clicked the wrong option. A very fast response and very professional. Very happy!!

They did not accommodate changing my shipping address. They only reviewed it after my order was dispatched. The house it went too I do not know the current house owners/ renters. I have therefor paid full price for items i never recieved and they did not try to accommodate even a part refund. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Very unreasonable company, will never be using again. No proof of delivery given, nor did i leave a safe space, therefor i have no clue who has my parcel.

Do not bother. Missed the return period (of only 14 days) due to being away visiting family, and they will not allow me to send items back that have been sat in the original packaging. Beware they also charge for each item return which adds up with their awful product quality!!

I didn’t receive a QR code to return item. Fiona was very helpful and managed to sort the issue via email, was quick to respond and resolve the matter quickly and efficiently with no fuss.

I needed to order something for my daughter for a concert this week. I didn’t do it right and forgot to select next day delivery, panicked I wouldn’t get the item in time and ordered again (this time selecting a quicker delivery time) I emailed the customer service team who I must say were so quick in responding and very very helpful. They cancelled my first order and issued a refund. All within a few hours of my original email! Thank you to the team behind Rebellious Fashion. Great customer service.
