I have never shopped with Rebellious but saw some of their ads online - really liked the styles and thought to give it a try. There was an issue with delivery (due to the courier), but I had got in touch to enquire - Fiona and the team was GREAT with communication, replied instantly tracking my item for me and giving me updates and information. It’s nice to see there’s a human behind the brand and they’re willing to help! I got my item the next day, (mesh frill hem playsuit), good fit and quality, true to size - just in time for my festival! I will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks again Rebellious! :)

AVOID! My item arrived with ripped material, (clearly no quality check before postage) I sent photographic proof right away to customer services and all they offered me was 10% discount to keep it or an exchange if I PAID to return it?? Wtf, this is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. In the end, I've initiated a return and I will be 2.49 out of pocket for having to return it. Make it make sense!!

I was ordering items for my daughters holiday after 9.30pm on a Friday and realised as soon as I had done so I had not changed my address as I had recently moved. I quickly emailed customer services which said it was closed at 5:30pm so I placed a second order. In this time Fiona from customer services replied saying she had put it on hold to change address. Then agreed to cancel it when I said I’d made a second order. Very impressed with her customer support.

Even one star is too generous for this review, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and getting myself into this just exactly as the other people writing their bad reviews. I have ordered a package with next day delivery so I paid more and neither do I have my money or package for nearly two weeks now, my package hasn’t arrived the next day so I emailed to get information as to why and I got told that in they’re policy it does say the package could run late which is ok I guess but then next day again evri was delivering my parcel and it didn’t come so I emailed and checked my tracking and there was a picture of my package in a van with other packages as the “delivery attempt” which could have been taken anywhere. Evri has then sent out a new time slot for the delivery which didn’t show up again but I had no information as the tracking was not updating at all, the next day then in the evening the tracking finally updated saying that my package is being sent back to the sender? I have obviously contacted rebellious fashion which at first told me that on they’re tracking it says the package has been delivered which makes no sense because even evri didn’t say they delivered it and clearly they have the package if it’s being sent back and then apparently I refused delivery. Most of the time the person that contacts me about my order is fiona which seems familiar with other reviews with similar problems which is clearly dodgy as a similar situation happens so often with this brand. I have had to email lots of times to get replies aswell and all I get told is that Fiona is having a meeting with evri but everyday there’s meeting but no update? I have demanded a refund as I don’t have the package I am so fed up with this situation that I don’t want anything to do with the brand and just want my money back and now I know to never order again however I got told to fill out a form to sign to make sure I am not lying about not having the package and get my money back but then I get an email saying it might take 90 working days to get my refund??????? I have tried contacting evri many many times about the other as well as rebellious but they wernt getting back to me even though it says they do in max 24 hours. I have ordered the is package on a Monday for next day delivery and I was flying out on holiday on Sunday. On that Sunday evri has finally got back to me by calling me not being helpful at all and blaming it all on rebellious fashion saying they haven’t provided the right adress and that no one has tried contacting them from the company at all but rebellious is saying different proving the right adress so this is a problem between these two company’s that should be sorted out not involving the client very unprofessional. I have written several emails to them trying to get this sorted and once I got the email saying it could take 90 working days to get my money back I wrote a big paragraph of how badly this has been handled and that I just want my money back and the rest to sort out is between them and evri however I got an email back saying this: Hi Hope you are doing well. I have just recently joined the Rebellious Fashion team as the Customer Satisfaction Manager and have been working my way through all the feedback. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. We would like to do everything we can to make this right for you. We remain committed to our customers and your satisfaction. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can find a solution that makes you happy. Kind regards Raheela Makes absolutely no sense I have written a massive paragraph explaining how frustrated I am and that I want my money back and I get told that a lady has just started 🤣 what’s this got to do with me I don’t care who you are or if you just started I’m an angry client which wants this sorted and wants they’re money back finally which I should get as I haven’t received my package .

I ordered trousers on Monday (stupidly needing them for that Saturday) once I realised they would not be on time. I messaged customer service. They responded straight away and organised it for me, that I had the trousers on time. This was my own doing for not ordering sooner, but soo thankful that they managed to sort it out for me. This was my 1st purchase, I will deff be ordering again - just more in advance next time 😂

I ordered a parcel with next day delivery. It hasn’t arrived and the courier hasn’t even received the parcel. It was for a 21st birthday so was quite upset also having paid for the upgraded next day delivery.
Terrible customer service do not reply to email and has no phone number, paid for next day delivery and did not arrive.
