If they get it wrong don’t bother!
I ordered a 2 piece co Ord set for next day delivery. The set arrived it was slightly big so I ordered a smaller size for next day delivery. The item I received was totally different! it was a dress from EGO that was a size even smaller than I ordered. I instantly reached out to customer services with pictures of what I received, I was asked to send further pictures of the bar code to which I did. CS stated I received the right item! I then sent another email sternly explaining that I did not receive the right item stating all the faults with pictures to support my claim. All I received in return was a returns label email and 'sorry for the inconvenience' I stated verbatim that they admitted they have dealings with EGO therefore this is clearly their error and its unreasonable to expect me to pay for a delivery they got wrong! The response email had no ownership or a suitable attempt to correct their error! Now I've been left without an outfit and palaver of an experience! Its the first time I've ordered from this company and I most definitely wont be returning purely on principle.
