Fantastic customer service
I was ordering items for my daughters holiday after 9.30pm on a Friday and realised as soon as I had done so I had not changed my address as I had recently moved. I quickly emailed customer services which said it was closed at 5:30pm so I placed a second order. In this time Fiona from customer services replied saying she had put it on hold to change address. Then agreed to cancel it when I said I’d made a second order. Very impressed with her customer support.
