Never delivered order and won't give money back. This company is quick to take your money but not to give it back. It's a scam company! When you purchase they are all friendly and nice and ask for you to give a review for them on trustpilot. This is where a lot of the good reviews are coming from, usually from a person named Fiona. I paid for my order and upgraded to next day delivery which never arrived. It is now a month later and still no delivery. I have also asked for a refund twice and they have ignored my emails. They would sometimes reply saying they are waiting for updates from Evri etc. However, I had been in contact with Evri myself and already got the information I needed and got it before them which goes to show they are not actually bothering. Evri have been far more helpful than this company have. 0 stars if I could, thieves.

Scam of a company. A belt I bought broke into pieces the first time of wearing it, I emailed photos and requested a refunded. This company then falsely claimed that they have processed a refund and I should have it in my bank within 3-5 days, this was over 2 weeks ago and I have had no refund. No response to my last email sent a week and a half ago asking about my refund. SCAM COMPANY that just want your money and do not care about customer service, avoid at all costs.

Update: They have now shut down their company on companies house and now operating under Fly Business Ltd. I ordered nine items from rebellious fashion and received one only. They are refusing to issue me a refund order to send out the remaining goods. I have emailed complaints to their customer service and only one person called Fiona response only sometimes. The Delivery image from the parcel courier clearly looks rather empty yet my buddy’s fashion claim they sent all items out. They claimed they would check their CCTV this has not been done. They stated they would contact Evri to investigate, this has still not been done. They had no solution and I’m now ignoring my emails. I spent well over £100 for my items and only received one. They have not confirmed whether they are refunding or replacing items. They informed me to complain to Evri, however Evri have confirmed that as they delivered the parcel out on behalf of rebellious fashion, rebellious fashion needs to be the one to escalate this with them. So I am stuck and rebellious fashion or no longer responding. I have asked for the complaint procedure and for someone more senior. This has not been provided. It is a very amateur company with very little processes, procedures and policy. Be very careful when ordering from them or just order from someone more reputable.

I placed an order and there was an issue with the address. I contacted them straight away not very hopeful as when I’ve had the odd issue with other companies they have been unhelpful and taken days to respond. I placed a new order as I was worried and they responded so quickly and cancelled the first order for me. They were so nice and helpful and it really made all the difference, I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again.
Excellent customer service, I needed an order cancelling as I ordered the wrong size after emailing I got a response straight away and I was refunded instantly. Kind response from the team also.
Recently purchased 2 items from Rebellious, unfortunately didn’t fit, so sent it back and requested a credit to my account, after a few weeks, I decided I wanted to have the full refund send to my original account, emailed on the Sunday, by the Monday I had a reply and explained I would receive the full refund to my account when good have been returned. Very quick and efficient!
After being delayed with the courier the company has only sent one dress In my parcel I have sent images to show the bag sent only fits one item and the weight of the bag is not heavy enough for the 8 dresses I have ordered. The company refuse to help me and continue to copy and paste old messaged although evidence is provided. Avoid this company. Trading standards will be aware and my bank will be blocking the payment. Awful!
