I'm n the Seattle market and get 20 texts, emails and calls every week from companies trying to sell their lead gen. Typically they ask you to buy into their preferred CRM for a monthly fee, or want some other monthly fee to get started. It took me several days of back & forth with me asking for the bottom line pricing while they pressured me to meet before they sent it. It's about $350 / yr plus 25% of the sale, or $600 / yr plus 20% of the sale with a "Refund Policy" and "guarantee of the closing ratio". Said sure, I'll meet as that's not a bad price. Told them to send me an agent within 100 miles who could recommend them and I'd book the appt. This is the reply:
:We have signed an NDA, so I can't provide that information. However, you can check our company reviews on Trustpilot to make an informed decision." That makes no sense- you don't need an NDA with clients who are real estate agents. That's Red Flag #1. Then I dug around on here and found multiple bad reviews. Red Flag #2. For Red Flag #3, most good reviews appear to be about the "onboarding" process and haven't received leads, so it sounds like they front load reviews pretty heavily and then people forget to followup again when leads don't pan out. That's it for me- I've had that "We have an NDA" cr*p from companies before and gone ahead with them- it's never panned out, so that should be enough, but I investigated further and spoke with some other agents. Bottom line- this company can only deliver on having good sales people who talk RE Agents into blowing 500 bucks. I'm good.
