Over Promise.. Couldn't Deliver
Started in September 2024. Over halfway through my 12 month Diamond program. Guaranteed 110+ leads per year including live transfers. Also guaranteed a dedicated account manager to help with leads. Price was $1,900. I am in Columbus, OH. One of the top real estate markets in the country. I have received a total of 10 leads in almost 7 months, of which none of them have been live transfers. If the appointments were scheduled the lead wasn't aware as none of the 10 were actually expecting my call and few of them were actually warm leads. I went months at a time with no contact from my "dedicated account manager", they assigned me a couple and most recently the sales rep that started my account promised to take over the management of my program if I would remove my review a couple months ago. I haven't heard from him for a couple months and he has not responded to my messages in the past 30 days.. he may not even be with the company anymore?? I see they have now cut the promised leads in half for the diamond program and lowered the price 33%. I am a very active REALTOR here and have done 35 transactions in the past 12 months. This company is the definition of over promise and under deliver. They aren't able to generate more than 10 leads in over half a year in 10 zip codes of a top market. On top of that, they didn't even provide the services in account managing they promised. To my fellow REALTORS, you can do way better than this for leads. UPDATE: THIS IS A TEXT THEY SENT ME THREATENING RETALITORY ACTION: "And just so you're aware - we're a company of over 500 people. If you think your approach won't have consequences for your own reputation, think again."
