Appalling Experience with Randox Health – Avoid at All Costs

Our experience with Randox Health was nothing short of disgraceful. If you're considering using their services, don’t. Save your time, money, and the emotional stress that comes with dealing with a disorganized, overpriced, and utterly unprofessional company. We had arranged comprehensive health packages for both of my parents, expecting a premium service given the price point. What we received was shockingly substandard, borderline negligent, and completely unacceptable. Let’s start with the staff – completely untrained and clearly out of their depth. My father was left bruised and unable to work for two days because the staff couldn’t manage a basic blood draw. They repeatedly jabbed at him with zero regard for his comfort or safety. No apology, no acknowledgment – just sheer incompetence. Communication? Non-existent. We were never informed about the follow-up GP appointment that was supposedly included. The entire process lacked clarity – my parents were not told what tests were being done or what was happening during the appointments. It was all rushed, dismissive, and done without any proper explanation. The facilities were a joke. It felt like we had walked into a makeshift stall hastily thrown together in a construction zone – definitely not the kind of setting you expect when you’re paying hundreds of pounds for what’s advertised as high-end health screening. It was more like a pop-up shop disaster than a healthcare environment. Even more laughable was when staff deemed my mother overweight – after weighing her with her clothes on. Inaccurate, unprofessional, and simply lazy. Operations Manager George Fleming was completely unhelpful throughout. George's approach was dismissive and bureaucratic, showing no empathy, accountability, or understanding of the extent of our dissatisfaction. Randox Health promises premium private healthcare – what they deliver is overpriced chaos with zero attention to patient care. The entire experience was a sham, and I would strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. This company should not be handling people’s health. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.

I visited Randox for an Everyman…

I visited Randox for an Everyman Wellbeing and Health check. I didn’t particularly enjoy the experience at the clinic. It didn’t feel welcoming and the Front of House assistant was a bit flippant during my registration process. Doesn’t help there are two businesses at the Chiswick centre. The assistant appeared dismissive when I informed her that her details were wrong but I had already updated the mobile app which clearly was not syncing with the data in the master system. The actual screening itself was like a sheep dipping process. In and out. No pleasantries and no real human factor. Not how I imagined a relatively pricey health check to be. When I left, I told my wife the experience was rubbish. The consultation itself was excellent. I had a phone call with Joanna Lilburn, the scientific consultant. Joanna was personable and friendly. The feedback itself was very comprehensive and Joanna is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide very detailed feedback and advice leaving me with a very good understanding of my health and where I needed to focus and what I needed to do. It wasn’t a rushed consultation and didn’t have the conveyor belt experience like the screening. I would only recommend this service at Randox on the basis of the consultation with Joanna.

Patient and professional phlebotomist

I recently visited Cami for a blood test, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I entered the clinic, she greeted me with a warm smile that instantly put me at ease. Cami was incredibly professional, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions with patience. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, which I truly appreciated, as I often feel anxious during blood draws. Her skill and expertise were evident, as she completed the draw with minimal discomfort. Overall, I left feeling confident and well-cared for. I highly recommend Cami to anyone needing a blood test. Thank you for making my visit a positive one!

Great phlebotomist & experience at Stratford.

Had my latest Everywoman tests with Farzana at the Stratford branch last week. This is the third time Farzana has done my bloods/tests and she was very gentle and so lovely and friendly - really appreciated as I'm not a big fan of needles! But Farzana helped put me at ease and my results are already through in quick time.

The experience at the clinic was first class. The promise they advertise that ECG results would be with me the following day proved not to be the case. 4 days later I'm trying to chase them up and not getting very far. Disappointing
