I visited Randox for an Everyman…
I visited Randox for an Everyman Wellbeing and Health check. I didn’t particularly enjoy the experience at the clinic. It didn’t feel welcoming and the Front of House assistant was a bit flippant during my registration process. Doesn’t help there are two businesses at the Chiswick centre. The assistant appeared dismissive when I informed her that her details were wrong but I had already updated the mobile app which clearly was not syncing with the data in the master system. The actual screening itself was like a sheep dipping process. In and out. No pleasantries and no real human factor. Not how I imagined a relatively pricey health check to be. When I left, I told my wife the experience was rubbish. The consultation itself was excellent. I had a phone call with Joanna Lilburn, the scientific consultant. Joanna was personable and friendly. The feedback itself was very comprehensive and Joanna is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide very detailed feedback and advice leaving me with a very good understanding of my health and where I needed to focus and what I needed to do. It wasn’t a rushed consultation and didn’t have the conveyor belt experience like the screening. I would only recommend this service at Randox on the basis of the consultation with Joanna.
