Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

Customer Service done right
Just completed my first property sale and thanks to Tony at Ramsey Moore, it was such an easy process. Having other personal issues that I was dealing with at the same time, Tony was so understanding and helpful and did all that he could to make it a smooth and easy process for me. Excellent communication, kept me in the loop all the time, really friendly. Definitely recommend!

Over many years I unfortunately have experienced very poor service standards and sometimes blatant lies by various estate / letting agents. Well in Ramsey Moore Estate Agents I have fortunately experienced the absolute polar difference. Every they have said that they will do they have done efficiently and with absolute charm. I thoroughly recommend them.

I've just completed on my first property and I'd like to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at Ramsey Moore. Gary was so helpful throughout and kept me regularly updated, especially when it was taking a long time for the chain to complete. I also had some difficulty with my solicitor and Gary helped me to sort it within a few days which was a huge help and a weight off my shoulders. I'd recommend the team to anyone looking to move!

Fantastically dedicated…
I have now bought my first home from Ramsey Moore and if I decided to sell I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The commitment shown from Gary was incredible. Any problem I had he’s sort it immediately (even out of office hours sometimes) if you want to sell your home then I would certainly recommend these guys… superb service Gary Thank you so so much 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
