Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

Ramseymore team was a live saver in helping me rent a property for the first time. From the moment I walked into their Westclift office with no idea on what to do Gary, Michelle and Laura helped me get the property ready and find great tenants. Michelle was prompt to answer all my questions and provided important and crucial information about the process. She ensured I was up to date and that I understood every step of the process. Ramseymore team made the landlord process easy and stress free. Highly recommend them!

Ramsey Moore the obvious choice
Ramsey Moore were the obvious choice when we decided to sell our Victorian 4 bed, with their local knowledge and significant reach across Essex and London, they had no problem securing the perfect buyer for us. Despite a long chain, containing more than a few estate agents and solicitors that couldn’t match Ramsey Moores enthusiasm and unstoppable optimism, they pushed through and got the sale done. We couldn’t be happier with the effort the whole team put in, but an especially big thank you to Mark who was never to busy to take our calls or do ‘one more chaser’. Thank you all D&H

Practical and great to work with
Mark and Gary from Ramsey Moore are a brilliant team. Gary showed us round the property, giving us just the right amount of space when we needed to talk privately, and making sure he got answers for us. He was also superb about keeping in touch when we were negotiating and also when we were selling our house to make sure our offer could be accepted. Mark then took over making sure the sale actually went through, and was incredibly proactive, friendly, supportive and practical. He flagged issues, gave advice and worked on creating solutions. Lots of people up and down the chain played an important part in making this sale go through, but I do think Mark played an absolutely vital part. Thank you, I'm very happily writing this review from my wonderful new lounge :o)

Amazing …. Just don’t use anyone else!
My mum decided she wanted to relocate and be near my family in Kent. She has been in her current flat for 30 years doubled with the relocation it all seemed like a bigger deal than normal. We initially saw 3 Estate Agents, Gary from Ramsey Moore and 2 others. Mum and I both liked Gary from the off there wasn’t a choice to be made and we haven’t looked back. I can’t recommend Ramsey Moore enough. The sale and purchase hasn’t been the easiest or quickest but this is by no fault of them. They are always available for you and have gone above and beyond for mum. You honestly don’t feel like just a number, they care and have really been amazing ! I can’t thank them enough. Really professional and simply know what they are doing without reading from a script they have compassion and understanding which is so hard to find. I even got a text from Gary on his holiday to congratulate us. Thank you so much Gary and Mark for stepping in at our hour of need. Team Ramsey all the way ! SERVICE AT ITS BESY WHICH IS HARD TO FIND.
