Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy/sell or rent to go through Ramsey Moore and speak to Derek.

Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

Safe hands
Gary and Mark are both very experienced, friendly and proffesional. they helped us through the process and where very accommodating of my work hours. when it came to valuation Gary was very good and confident (which is half the battle) in the price he gave, where others were unsure at the same price. It's great to support a growing small business and is exactly what the area needs, it was great to be able to walk round to them. The photos that Gary took where very good. Would highly recommend.

I have just completed the sale of my property with Ramsey Moore and am so impressed with the professionalism, communication and friendly help that they have given me. Selling your home can be a very stressful time but from start to finish, Gary, Mark and Michelle have been there for me, always available to answer queries and going above and beyond to help me. They have consistently communicated with me, putting me at ease and have made the whole experience stress free. I am very grateful to them and would highly recommend!

Probate Sale
I had the unenviable task of dealing with my late sister's estate, part of which was selling her house. The staff at Ramsey Moore were all excellent. Mark provided an honest appraisal and strategy, acknowledging my brief to get the best price in the shortest time, which the firm did. They stayed in contact throughout, provided sound advice enabling me to make an informed decision. Their commission was also very good value when compared to the larger firms.
