Quick easy reporting using the app, mobile mechanic arrived within the hour. He was brilliant and thorough. he explained the problem without being condescending ensuring he used terminology i could understand and relate to. He gave full options of how the problem could be fixed and what needed to happen to resolve the issue. book in for repair with RAC on his recommendation. fantastic service and the mechanic was a credit to the organisation.

Rush hour shunt…
Accident happened in the rush hour in Bournemouth on Monday 7th July at 4.30pm. Loss of brake fluid meant that the brakes failed and caused a minor collision with a car behind. The RAC Patrolman, Mitchell, arrived on time, very knowledgeable and courteous, extremely helpful with making our decision of where to take our vehicle ie to local garage or our our normal home garage. The RAC Patrol, Mitchell ID 4399, went the extra mile to ensure we understood what had happened and the various options that were available to us. He was an extremely effiicent and friendly and deserves to be recognised
