Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Tony (ID: 2973) was extremely professional, thorough, and very concerned with my safety. He made me feel safe and took the situation seriously, liasing with traffic officers also. He clearly explained everything that was happening and what the plan would be. When towing my vehicle home I felt safe and comfortable riding with him in the van. He was a really warm and friendly person… just the kind of person you’d want to rescue you!
Mark ID 3551, was excellent, he kept me informed on his arrival time and managed to get our car going, which was a great relief. Explained the problem and then followed us for a few miles to make sure all was well. Brilliant.
I didn't have to wait too long, a bonus as I was parked in the road, by a school. Mark, ID 5767, was friendly and efficient. He didn't make me feel like a silly woman, as has happened in the past. He made a diagnosis, got my car going and followed me to my local garage to be sure I got there safely.

I have been waiting for 15 hours for roadside recovery. Called at 8pm it is not 11am the next day. Single female with diabetes. No updates no welfare checks. Every time I call time changes. Keeps being escalated with no response. This is on the A12 a major road.
I had the misfortune to have my car due on me twice on July 10th in Leamington spa. Having called the RAC, I waited only 30 minutes, Adam and his colleague were so efficient, friendly, and thorough. The car could not be in ept running so they towed me to my garage. Can't praise them enough . Thank you both very much. Katherine Llewellyn.
A quick response to a motorway breakdown. From reporting it to getting back home safely 1 1/2 hours. Fully diagnosed. I still prefer to phone rather than use the app to report a breakdown.
