Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Excellent service
My car would not start outside home. Having reported breakdown online rec'd call few minutes later saying Patrol would arrive within 20 minutes which was the case. Connie ID 5352 was very professional and quickly diagnosed new battery req'd. Connie informed me of the cost of the new battery. As she didn't have a battery on board she said she could collect one and return to install within one hour which is exactly what happened. Special props to Connie.

I am broken down on my way home from the garage that serviced and MOTed my car. RAC online doesn't recognise the car's MOT so apparently I am not covered. I have been a member for over 40 years. I am disgusted that it is so difficult to speak to anyone.
