Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

fast and Friendly
Kevin (1841) arrived within fifteen minutes of contacting the RAC. He was friendly, cheerful and most helpful. Although he was unable to repair my car at the roadside due to a major failure of the steering, he made arrangements for my car to ba taken to my local garage for repair.

Left somewhere, after having been towed an hour, with no contact in early hours of morning, trying desperately to speak to someone to find out what was going on. Communication awful and inaccurate Unapologetic I hate to imagine the outcome had I been elderly or frail in anyway. Probably okay, unless your 1/5 customers who can’t be helped on breakdown. Terrible customer service

David was just fab on the M11
Needed to call the RAC from the hard shoulder of the M11. David (4361) arrived quicker than I expected. Was friendly and polite throughout. He explained what he was doing and got me on the road again. A very efficient effective service. Thanks David.

Matthew was very approachable and…
Matthew was very approachable and professional, he explained what had happened to the vehicle, why it happened and what possible work was required to fix the problem. We were towed to our local garage and then Matthew offered to take us back to where we were staying. Fantastic service!

Well when i took out my policy i was covered for tyers byt when the patrol checked up he said no you not covered for tyers keys and input down for tyers i onow i did so i had to but a new tyer went on line to my account cant get in all my details were right but come cant get this page so now im going to canel my membership with you

Keith worked really hard to work out…
Keith worked really hard to work out what the problem was with my tyre. When he realised it wasn’t fixable, he put an RAC wheel on my car so that I could get to the tyre shop. He came back the next day and collected the RAC wheel and was very nice throughout.
