Great communication Wonderful Service

This company is amazing at what they do which is build PCs, it just may take a little longer than expected at times. I live all the way in the Yukon so getting items is already hard but they were in constant contact or easily reached when I had questions regarding the PC. The PC works phenomenally and it is a custom PC with all the specs that I chose which is awesome. Like I said I had a custom computer made and being able to build the computer on the website was really nice also the fact that their Canadian is all the better. Although wait times might be long, the wait is well worth it.

This company uses only the highest quality parts in their great northern gaming machines. I have the Ryzen 7 9800x3D paired with a OC edition Icey White 5080 on the GIGABYTE X870 AORUS ELITE ICE all white motherboard. We got 64 Gigs of Kingston Fury Remegade DDR5 6400mhz 30CL also White with matching RGB’s. Needless to say with everything installed it’s Icey White with a light cool blue and looks sharp as hell. I give 4 stars instead of 5 due to their system. I am sure if I didn’t change my mind and order multiple upgrades for future proofing that I would have been able to follow the builds progress online. However due to the upgrades all the way up until I received my pc physically did it say “sourcing parts” I sent a couple of emails and got back very basic scripted answers. The owner Kevin hopped in the emails and ensured me everything was fine just the system was not updating and my order would be shipped that day. It was and it arrived when they said it would. All in all it was an easy process picking my parts and understanding the build. The price is fair and the build is really solid. I’ve put it through extensive stress testing and benchmarking and have been nothing but impressed. I would choose Quoted Tech (QT) over dell/alienware or any of the mainstream pre build options. You will get your money’s worth and be very happy in the end.

I received my computer a little longer than a week ago, and I have to say I could not be happier. The computer arrived well-packed and secured, looks and works great. Miranda, in sales, was a pleasure to work with and always got back to me in a timely fashion. I would gladly recommend Quoted Tech to anyone looking to buy a new computer, whether it is a completed build or custom as mine was.

Great build quality and customization options. Shipping and packaging was great to avoid damage. Everything was setup correctly and worked well out of the box.

Recently got a computer from Quoted Tech and I'm impressed, The build itself looks clean and the most important part the performance, it is very good. The customer service is great, they reply decently quick and they will answer all the questions you have. Also the site is very easy to use and has some good option for customization. I would 100% recommend to get a PC from them.

Everything was nearly perfected, computer is better then I thought it would perform based on online bench marks. Only down side is the shipping took over a month to get. For that reason I have to give it a 4.5/5. If you want the best computer they offer it, if you want it fast you may be waiting a bit. Other then that, truly loved the build!

John answered to every question I had and went above and beyond to provide a great service and keep me updated throughout the quote until the delivery of my custom PC. Wonderful company and employees who truly care about creating the exact computer that you want. I worked with Patrick in sales, Nigel in technical support and Willy who physically built my computer. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, polite and did not try to up sell me on anything. Patrick is very laid back, takes the time to explain things and never cut corners on anything. I made many changes during the build and he never made me feel I was a pain. Always more than happy to help. He took many pics of my computer during the building, and what options were available. Willy and Patrick brought to my attention that the case that I had upgraded to,was white and the cooler was black. I was shown photos of what the pc would look like with either. I chose white and they happily changed it. They could have sent it with the black one and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. Some people wouldn't care about things like that but some do. It shows that these people who put the pc together, care. In all of the times I spoke with Patrick, never once, did he rush me off the phone, or leave me with unanswered questions. The computer arrived within the time range I was given as well, no issues there. In today's world, there is very little excellent customer service. I'm so grateful that I took a chance with this company as I could not be happier. Entire experience with them, was stellar. I very highly recommend them, give them a try rather than purchasing a run of the mill computer from somewhere else.

My wife and I recently purchased a custom build computer from Quoted Tech and I really liked the way you can customize and pick parts that work for what you want/need and order. The computer is absolutely fantastic, really nicely built and a breeze to set up/configure (...and of course nice and fast 😀). I have built my own computers for family and friends but for the little bit extra I thought it'd be great to hand that fun over to someone else and order through the Quoted Tech shop. I highly recommend Quoted Tech! Friendly and helpful staff answered some of the questions I had pre ordering and I would buy there again. Oh and yes...reasonable prices for the parts.

I had an issue with my computer and Quoted Tech handled the repair under warranty quickly and efficiently. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the process. Just a heads-up: the warranty doesn't cover the cost of shipping the device back to them for repair. Overall, very reactive and helpful service.

Appreciated the curated selection, well built machine. My unit shipped within a week, good communication with team end to end, my support request was responded to within hours. Great choice if you want quality and turnkey experience, they shipped win pro which is a bonus.
