Wonderful company and employees who truly care about creating the exact computer that you want. I worked with Patrick in sales, Nigel in technical support and Willy who physically built my computer. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, polite and did not try to up sell me on anything. Patrick is very laid back, takes the time to explain things and never cut corners on anything. I made many changes during the build and he never made me feel I was a pain. Always more than happy to help. He took many pics of my computer during the building, and what options were available. Willy and Patrick brought to my attention that the case that I had upgraded to,was white and the cooler was black. I was shown photos of what the pc would look like with either. I chose white and they happily changed it. They could have sent it with the black one and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they didn't. Some people wouldn't care about things like that but some do. It shows that these people who put the pc together, care. In all of the times I spoke with Patrick, never once, did he rush me off the phone, or leave me with unanswered questions. The computer arrived within the time range I was given as well, no issues there. In today's world, there is very little excellent customer service. I'm so grateful that I took a chance with this company as I could not be happier. Entire experience with them, was stellar. I very highly recommend them, give them a try rather than purchasing a run of the mill computer from somewhere else.
