Brilliant staff. Good advice and great product.

Merlin loves his pure food of salmon and lamb varieties. His bowl is always licked clean. We love the ease of ordering online, speedy delivery service, helpful online chat if needed, regular reminders and being able to delay or bring delivery forward and so easy to make up the food and store.

Changed over from another large well known subscription brand after many late food deliveries. What a difference it’s made . No more making space for dried kibble for two Labradors for a months worth of food .Now just takes up a shelf in the pantry . My Dogs absolutely love the new food so much so the lick the bowls clean and often bowls end up push all around the kitchen trying to get every last bit 😁😁😁. Pure delivers on time no hassle 😁😁

Great product as well as easy dashboard to manage account and upcoming deliveries. Customer service have also been friendly and helpful in past.

Absolutely fab food. So easy to order and amend the order. My dog loves it. Her coat was really bad before we started not it’s full and glossy. She’s never hungry either. The food looks good and the kids don’t complain about the smell Only negative would be the scooping process. The food is compact so you ever get a compact scoop until it loosens then you have less and levelling the scoops is really tricky.

My Tibetan Terrier has taken to the food very enthusiastically so great result so far. The presentation of the product and quirky & fun marketing of the food and packaging is great fun, well done to all concerned

Lenny the dog just can't wait to tuck into all the delightful flavours that Pure offers! The humans love it as it doesn't take up any room in the freezer & is so easy and quick to make! Would highly recommend this product

After trying this food our dog was unable to tolerate it, I contact Jess by email on 29/01/2025 and informed her of this and I would let them know when or if I would be ready to restart. Sadly they restarted without my consent and sent out another batch of two packs in April which has been charged to my credit card at £85.55, card obviously been stored in their system. I do not want this and it is wasted food and far too expensive for just two small packets. Please read small print carefully before ordering from this firm, I tried to cancel when notification was received but was informed I was a day late, it had not left them at this stage, contact by email has been no help to me very much on defensive side. I feel this is a company who are out to scam people due to their sales pitch. Please don’t be scammed as I have been. I will not be ordering from here again.

So simple to use, and makes going away a lot easier as don't need to carry lots of food and kibble about. Lucius is enjoying the food. Any issues we've had have been quickly sorted through customer services, they were even asking how things were following an earlier issue when we strated with them.

Great service and quality ingredients. Good choice of recipes and any extras we may want to add.

Our dog absolutely loves her Pure food. We do give her a little more than her recommended amount as she’s a very active young girl and loses weight easily.

I’m so relieved I found Pure for our lovely dog. She’s always been a fussy eater and when we discovered she had kidney disease I was worried about changing to a renal diet. Needn’t have worried as she wolf’s it down and seems so well and happy. Her sensitive tummy is a thing of the past too. Thank you!

We have a very finicky Akita Inu and she refuses to eat kibble or canned wet food. She would get bored and walk away. So we tried her on Pure. She loves it! Pure dog food is worth every penny. We looked at other complete diets but they were all so expensive. I highly recommend Pure!

This food is just perfect for my German Shepherd - she suffered so much with tummy upsets no matter what I gave her to eat, and we've tried everything, but this has worked a treat and her stomach issues have completely disappeared. Thank you Pure!!

We are so glad we made the switch to Pure Pet Food. We have seen such a difference in Loki. He wasn’t all that fussed on his old diet however since the switch to Pure Pet Food he can’t wait for his next serving. Everyone has also commented on how healthy he is looking. I would highly recommend.

Pure pet food as a company in my opinion are fantastic. I have never had to wait long for a reply to any emails or queries. They are always there to discuss feeding issues or concerns. The sending early or pausing an order have always worked well for us. Finally my little princess Pip loves pure. Apart from Herring. She will not eat it. Even if it's mixed with another flavour. Thank you Pure for such a great product. 🐾🐶
