A wonderful helpful company, my wee dog is the most fussy dog I have had in sixty years of keeping them, the company really treat you like part of your family and go above and beyond just being a company, I feel as if I am part of a family that are out to help you in every way they can. I am still being patient with my wee dog Suzie and will keep in touch with this wonderful company. May God Bless you and keep up your excellent work.

Pure is a good ethical business model. It earns our respect out of honest interactions with its increasing number of customers. This whole experience so far has evolved from a short period of ill health for our 7 month old developing puppy to a safer, healthier future for him and peace of mind for us as canine parents. We cannot thank Pure Pet Foods enough. For being on our side and we're proud to make Teddy feel content as one of the Pure Pack. Woofingly excellent products. Try some yourself, it's been known. Copper loves the food- we mix it with dry biscuits. Do far he has enjoyed all the flavours we have tried. Ordering and making changes is easy.

Ralphi our tibetan terrier loves the food from pure food and the special formula assists with his delicate stomach.

Hugo is till on his dried food and some meat but the Pure has given him a much better digestive system, he has always been a scavenger socks sweat bands charging cables to mention but a few, but since he has been on pure his stools are much drier and firm so I think its the pre biotic that is in Pure that does the job. If I stopped giving him Pure I think he would think he hadn’t had his dinner. His coat has been much nice as well.

We ordered Pure as the reviews and ethos of the product suited us and we hoped the food would be good for our dog. It was easy to order and the food arrived very quickly. The most important thing is Leo just loved the food right from the start. We introduced the food following the guidelines we were given. The amounts of food are just right and the scoops make it so very easy. Leo is full of life and very healthy. The vet at his annual check up could not be happier. We are very happy too!

Alfie and Cali have been on Pure for about a year now. Both are now at a healthy weight. Cali who is nearly eleven years old was getting a bit stiff but is no longer so and is now as lively and active as a much younger dog. Their food is always delivered on the day they say it will. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I love the fact the food comes in manageable bag sizes, no more bulky bags sitting in cupboard. The food is amazing quality and our dogs both love it. I have found that even our fussy dog is now standing waiting for her meals which is lovely to see.

What take my order back as my dog can’t eat this product as he has gastrointestinal problems box has never been opened and they are telling me I can’t return item disgusting can’t be right as consumer rights avoid this company just emailed them now for another response

I couldn't speak more highly of this company. First off, the website is very easy to navigate and use, the set up is pretty quick, items are easily added or taken off, and delivery times easily changed. When i did have any queries i found that the staff were very quick to help (actually calling me to discuss a problem rather than just emailing) and the help i received for a specific problem was superb. But best of all, and most importantly, my dogs (Greyhounds) absolutely love their new food. Neither of my dogs were problem eaters, but they never queued up at the kitchen door at feeding time either !!! Completely different behaviour being displayed - literally hopping from foot to foot waiting for their bowl to be put down and then every last bit is licked up with relish (and i'm writing this 6 weeks after changing to Pure, it's still happening at every meal time). I would highly recommend this company.

So far so good! He was a bit unsure before but now he loves it! We were worried about his poos as he transitioned but they're absolutely fine! Thank you 😘

My dog is 12 years old and has been on Pure Food for just over 6months. Not only is he down in weight & healthier, but I get so many comments on his “soft coat” and asking what I feed him. His poops have also been a lot better! I wish I got him on this sooner. It’s also super easy to make & take away with us. Highly recommend for your doggie!

My Trevor is a chihuahua and a rescue dog. Since getting him he has always been a fussy eater. I was recommended Pure and thought I’m not wasting any more money as I have tried almost every dog food going, expensive and cheap but none I can say he enjoyed or ate. I was getting really stressed out as all he would eat was chicken and I was conscious he wasn’t getting a proper diet. Trevor would often go for days without eating. I thought I would give it one last shot and bought the Pure Chicken and I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did for my Trevor. He now looks forward to his dinner and he appears to have more energy. His breath doesn’t smell half as bad and his stools are firm and regular. His coat look much healthier too. I’m a much happier mummy and Trevor is too. I would highly recommend you try Pure you won’t be disappointed and neither will your fur baby.

Hassle free app works well delivery always on time,and always can ask for earlier deliverys which are useful. If you have gone a little overboard with portions.

Great website, easy to use and great food

I had a small issue with the email sent as I was awaiting my first order (couriers fault), which I went ahead and ordered now as I thought it was a error from me which £65 was taken from my account. Spoke to Dermot, it was all sorted within 15 mins, all cancelled, great service from him. Thank you!
