I love pure pet really easy to prepare my dogs love pure pet there is 5 dogs in my house they all love the warm fresh taste wouldn't change now after searching the Internet I'm finely happy we can relie on pure pet customer service is always good happy to know l always have help 100% would recommend

Firstly its good quality food. It's easy to store and serve. You can alter the consistency for variety. My dog loves the taste. It's very easy to alter my order or skip it.

My dog loves all the flavours, I'm not so keen on the Herring and I find that the Salmon one can be quite runny if I stick to the recommended amounts of water to add. He finishes his dinner in next to no time and when I'm making it he certainly tells me to hurry up.

My dog loves all the recipes he’s tried. Licks the bowl clean! My dog had a lot of teeth issues so I needed a soft easy to eat food. I used allaboutdogfood.com to find something new and tried a few options but I also wanted easy to store. Pure pet food is this. In addition, although this wasn’t the reason I changed to this food after about month I noticed his coat is sooooo soft and he’s definitely scratching less. 100% recommend any dog tries this.

Very helpful. Took time to answer my questions and was happy exceed the sample packs limit for each order to ensure that we can try different recipes as Teddy is severely intolerant of most things and the transition from elimination diet to Pure foods has been really helpful and easier than it might have been. They responded immediately to a request to send food now even though it was a Sunday. The food arrived today as advised.

My dog’s gut health seems to be so much better since using Pure pet food. She used to have runny / slimy poos very often, but now they are pretty much always solid. Her fur is also very healthy. I first started using Pure as a supplement to my dog’s meals in December 2023 and ended up moving to them fully after a month - I haven’t looked back since! Not only is the food is good quality, but so is the customer service! Evri lost my parcel containing my dog’s food and they were not able to find my package within their given timeframe. So I contacted Pure and they sent out a replacement that arrived within 48 hours! They even replied to my initial email (that I sent outside of normal business hours) within 2 minutes! (Shout out to David 😆) I highly recommend Pure pet food 😁

I first saw an advert for Pure Pet Food on Facebook. From that I researched their website where all my queries seemed to be answered. I've had my two labradors, Gina and Kira, mum and daughter aged 14 and 12 respectively since 28th December last year, when I adopted them from a local rescue centre, having been found tied to a box in Bosnia several years before. With them being quite senior I wanted to give them the best conditions in which they could spend their last years, and this included food. Gina has arthritis, and this was one of the questions asked by the Pure team when chosing which meal plan to have. Kira is totally blind and is still finding her way around the house, but she definately knows when it is her feed time....both dogs clear their bowls in no time!! It's certainly helped their coats by adding a few pumps of the Salmon oil to each feed. The firm itself, although I understand has flourished, still has the personal touch if I ever need to phone them with any queries. The deliveries are always prompt and well packaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Pet Food.

Purefood is still being eaten by my dog, after a few months, but not very enthusiastically, and it often needs other protein (e.g. chicken or other meat) added to encourage consumption. I also bought 2 x Yak type bars (which she has always enjoyed from other manufacturers) costing £20 from Pure food. My dog was not interested in these at all. There seemed to be no smell to these bars so maybe it's to do with the manufacturer's recipe. Therefore very disappointed and a total waste of money. Other treats / snacks offered by Pure food also seem to be quite expensive.

Amazing. Dogs love it. Great coat hardly any scabs since having this food.
