tried this food and our dog didn't like it. telephoned to cancel and was told we would not receive any more. next thing, money was taken from account, and we recieved a delivery. when telephoned was told as it is food it is non returnable and non refundable!. and the man on the phone said he'd listened to the call and I implied I was lying. what other reason would I have called for!.. be very wary about dealing with these people.

good service, good quality food. However, Ozzy is eating a bit less than the supplied amount, and the bags are gaining on us. In a couple of months time can I take a break or have only 1 packet? Also he prefers the turkey mix to the salmon mix, which he eats only after he is disappointed there is nothing else on offer! Spoilt beast! Next order could we have 2 turkey mixes instead of 1 or each?

Pure does tick all the boxes for us. Firstly Bertie, who has been very fussy, enjoys it. Secondly it is easy to mix and store. The team behind the product are friendly and always there to give advice. All in all a great product with lots of verity.

Everything about Pure is so simple it's easy to choose the food for your dog it's no problem to change any details and delivery is just when you need it the food is excellent nutritious and simple to prepare in fact it couldn't be easier thank you pure for making my life so easy

We had 2 boerboels on pure for almost 12 months. We were spending in excess of over £300 per month with them. Our dogs were 1.5yrs old at the time and growing puppies we hadn’t noticed the small gradual weight loss in both dogs, we were feeding both dogs over double the recommend scoops as the recommended amount clearly was not the calorie intake they were telling us. Even after doubling the recommended amount our dogs continued to lose weight so much so when we took them vets our vet said we needed to change them food asap. And said as puppies the lack of nutrients and calories during a time they should be growing could de damaging to there growth later down the line. I emailed and called pure to explain the situation and asked them for a refund on the months we had spent at the very least -they were not in the slightest bit interested didn’t offer us an apology or any type of solution. We now use Bella & Duke who are not ownly offered us a 50% discount on food forever due to our experience with Bella and duke they provide better quality raw diet with fruit veg and all of nutrients your dog requires. Stay away from pure use BELLA & DUKE!!

Great customer service. Kept me informed checked how my furry friend was doing on the Pure food. Lola loves the food and her coat has improved and is soft and silky. Easy to prepare and gives great flexibility to keep her weight in check.

My dog has been suffering packed anal glands. Since being on this for only a week he is do much happier, not in pain and his poos are so much better. Iv made him treats with the food to and he loves them. Highly recommend this fantastic pure healthy dog food.

We ordered this for our lab who is a fussy eater. But this food made him more fussy. Not happy with your recommendation.

Having struggled with our dogs sensitive stomach for years we were really praying for a miracle with Pure, 3 weeks in and he’s like a completely different dog, he’s finally enjoying eating, his digestion is so much better and overall he’s so chilled and content. Food arrived on time, as expected. Great packaging with no excess boxes (like some of the others). I tried the staggered approach to introduce the food and at first it worked fine till it just stopped. My dog will not eat it and seems to be a little weird about going near it!. I honestly can't speak for the health benefits as my fussy dog won't eat it!. As a pet owner the food smells awful and the slop consistency is a little unforgiving when you have a hangover but im not eating it I suppose :)

We have been feeding our three dogs Pure Pet Food for almost eighteen months. Firstly our young Lurcher who suffered with diarrhea and a delicate tummy now healthy, happy and easy to pick up his poo. Secondly, a ten year old over weight Border Terrier has regained his slim figure and a zest for life. Finally, our food selective fourteen year old Border Terrier always clears her bowl, she looks youthful with a gorgeous coat. It's certainly thanks to the high quality diet.
