Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.
Everything as advertised is provided. A good service with on hand advice readily available.

It had been working fine for months. Now, in Europe, it has been intermittent and, oddly, I am getting massive amounts of spam like never before, even with it running everytime I'm on the computer. I wonder if others are having the same problem. Has PIA sold out and allowing others to decrypt or ???

I requested aid regarding a geolocation block, to a site I had access before. This site made a full rebrand and makeup to their website and after I personally performed an extremely extensive and thorough troubleshooting, decided to reach them. They misread either the subject or the body of my email, as they tried to help just by telling me I should connect to this other vpn access point to a different website, non of them the country I stated in both the subject and body of the email... I mentioned this on a follow up email 4 days ago... 3 days ago... 2 days ago... and yesterday. Yep, non existent customer service. Perhaps this Marius from the support team has died in front of the computer, about to click "send" with the right way to fix the issue, and here I was, selfish of me, thinking they are just bad at their customer service and that I was never going to renew their service when the time comes. I am such a bad person. Pray for Marius from the support team.

after purchasing Pia i wanted to use it for Streaming content as this was the selling point for me but after many days of trying to access different content on a few sites and being blocked many times i thought enough was enough and i would get a refund and switch to someone else... After searching Pia on how to claim a refund (within 30 days as advertised )i came across the Bot A.i Assistant so i thought i would give it ago but this was unable to help but it offered to transfer me to an Adviser Marius who within mins had me up and running and also advised me on using another browser to stop tracking which was a bonus.. All in all this problem was fastly resolved and i didn't have to cancel which i didn't want to do anyway after being pointed to this company via YouTube content creators

I was having difficulty with a few things that I could not understand but when I began a chat with someone, he explained things to me in a way that I could understand and when things weren't working, he told me what to do to make them work and then they did! Later, I saw something else that I didn't understand so I sent a request for help and the answer came so quickly and now everything is just great!
