I am so impressed by PPM. Specially Naomi Barton. The care and practivity that has been taken since managing our property has been a first experience to me. I had an issue with outstanding service charges which would have resulted in quite a bit of expense at short notice. Kutenda Bere of the Accounts department was very helpful in reaching a payment arrangement that help spread the cost and reduce the burden of paying out a large sum in one go. The service is very much appreciated.

Anita was very helpful when aiding us in obtaining a parking permit for our tenant. The tenant informed us that they were fined for parking their car in the parking lot and Anita took quick action to reach out to the parking control company and get the PCN cancelled.

Professional and meticulous throughout. I contacted Prime in order to obtain a license to alter for our property. It was something I had no experience with before but Anna, from the Prime legal team, was able to help with exactly what I needed. It took a while to get everything in order but Anna was patient and replied promptly to any questions. I now feel confident I have everything in order to be able to make the alterations to our flat.
