So far so good!!
So far so good! Our building has recently had a change in property management. As an owner, I needed to contact Prime for some admin changes and queries. I am pleased to say that Liam B has been super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Having dealt with other property managers in the past and present, (at other companies) I can say, with no hesitation, that I wish all property managers were as helpful! Thank you for helping me tick off items on my never-ending to-do list!

Really good company to use
Really good company to use, but the parking agents that Crabtree or Prime use seem to be very strict with Parking on the site. Ihave two vehicles and have already been billed £400 in the space of two months for illegally parking however the management companies have not supplied me with the terms and conditions of the parking regime/conditions.

I am the new owner of a flat in a small block managed by Prime. All Prime employees have been responsive and helpful and in particular I have been hugely impressed by Anna Nicolaou in the legal team. She could not have been more patient and helpful in dealing with my application for a licence to alter and really went the extra mile to deal it with promptly.
