I have been very impressed with Prime property management - they have managed my building for over 5 years and i have worked with several different people most recently Tierney Elkins who has been professional and responsive and resolved many issues.

Tierney is our building manager
Tierney is our building manager in Borough. She is very good, keeping me, the other directors, and flat owners informed of all updates on works required. She is very organised and managed the AGM professionally earlier in the year. She was very helpful on the recent directors’ budget video meeting. She always obtains fair prices on major works from contractors who do very good work. I am confident that Tierney is looking after the management of our building well.

I don't usually give 5 stars unless there has been exceptional effort. I work with Prime as part of the Leaseholders' Right to Manage company. Prime have served us , generally well , but it is worth mentioning the efforts of Tierney Elkins, the Property Manager who has put effort into giving prompt replies , providing a good medium plan, ensuring that things are fixed promptly and economically (difficult with trades these days) and safely. She has made sure that the AGM and meetings with leaseholders are well prepared

Very helpful and swift resolution to a billing query, handled by Liam Butcher. From initial e-mail query to resolution of the matter (which included a few e-mails back and forth) was under 24 hours. Compared to the days, weeks or even months that it takes other development managers to respond, the quality of their service cannot be understated.
