Anita is great!

Prime PM is a professional and effective management company. They have been managing Watson Place Development for the last 6 years. They do their best. I am writing this review for a specific case. My car was recently stolen. I reached out to Prime PM to seek their help. Anita Sloan attended to my case. She patiently listened, took down the details, updated their system to ensure that when Met Police reached out the notes were there to refer. She helped put together the relevant CCTV footage and hand it to the Police. The Police has since recovered the car. Anita went on to ensure that the temporary car I was using could be parked in my allocated parking bay for a few weeks until this is sorted. This gave me the time to get a new Parking Permit. Anita is quick, very efficient and gets the job done. I am pleased that Anita is part of Prime PM.
