I had an issue whilst working on a site that was managed by Prime. I wasn’t working for them, the issue wasn’t their fault but they were the only people that could solve it. There was no incentive for them help me, but both the lady on the phone and the property manager Fergus Dalton were incredibly helpful in getting my issue resolved. If I needed a property managed, I know where I’d go!

This review is specific only to Kellan Elkins AIRPM who has taken over as property manager in October 2023. There is a more proactive feel now to the management of the block (nb. I don't live in the property). Since the start Kellan has been very responsive and he would take on a task and drill down to details. I had an outstanding insurance claim from way back in March 2023 and for whatever reasons Prime / the insurance co had mixed up my claim with another one; and many times I tried to explain it just went round in circles. Therefore it is pleasing that Kellan managed to sort it out and most importantly he had been keeping me informed of the progress during the period he is in charge. Good communication goes a long way, so thank you Kellan for your help.
Bonnie Johnson Bonnie having taken over the position in the summer was very helpful & professional. An internal pipe leak was detected, fixed and plastered over. Bonnie was involved from talking to the property managers, organised the timing of tenants to be in on different floors for access & all the works to be done. She was courteous, kind & professional.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Victoria Devane. My client sadly passed away during the sale of his flat and Victoria was extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout what turned into a lengthy and complicated transaction. The same can't be said for all managing agents by a long shot so I was very grateful indeed! I shall look forward to working with Victoria and Prime again.
AVOID. This agent has failed to take action and failed to communicate. The council environmental enforcement agency has served a formal notice about health risks due to dangerous levels of damp. The problem was originally reported in July and yet still nothing has been done. They refuse to take any responsibility and have failed to even communicate. I have reported this management failure to the Housing Ombudsman and the regulator. The government is taking new legislation to tackle this mal practice. Shocking.
Tierney consistently provides prompt and valuable assistance. Since my recent move into the property, I found myself lacking knowledge on various matters. Nevertheless, each time I reached out to Tierney and the team, they were friendly and patient, taking the time to clarify all the details. Moreover, when faced with a water leak issue in my flat, I sought their guidance on the appropriate steps to take, and they not only offered advice but also recommended other contacts who could further assist me.
