Really easy to set up. Sometimes the surveys screen you out even if you've nearly finished it which can be frustrating. On the whole though, not bad!

DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE SECOND OF YOUR LIFE ON THIS PRIME OPINION SCAM. I am so incredibly angry and frustrated that I have to write this, but I need to warn everyone. This company is a complete and total joke that preys on your time and effort. I did everything right. I spent hours of my life completing their stupid surveys and their stupid game offer. And what did I get for it? NOTHING. ZERO. They didn't credit a single point to my account. They just took my work and ran. So I contacted their so-called "support," hoping for a fix. Their useless response? "Wait 48 to 72 hours." Well, guess what? It's been FOUR DAYS. That's over 96 hours of radio silence! They are blatantly ignoring me, hoping I'll just go away. Zero stars if it was a option.

I think it's great because it gives people something to do on there on time and I love how it's convenient and fun and provides great service

I’ve been trying to cash out my balance from Prime Opinion via PayPal for weeks, and every time I reach out to support, I get the same copy-and-paste response: “your case has been escalated.” Nothing ever changes, and they refuse to provide a timeline or real update. This is unacceptable. It feels like they’re deliberately stalling while holding on to users’ money. If a platform can’t process payouts in a timely manner—or even communicate honestly—people deserve to know before they waste their time. I strongly caution others to avoid using Prime Opinion until they resolve these payout issues. A company that can’t pay its users promptly or provide basic transparency is not trustworthy.

Offers are scam. They give you "offers" which don't track correctly. I have done 3 offers through link on laptop and none of them have tracked. Customer service is completely useless, Excuse after excuse after excuse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. All the way around, a negative experience. EDIT. do not even bother to send email to below as you will get the same copy/paste reply like from Customer Support - waste of time

Ho segnalato la cosa ma mi hanno risposto che loro non possono farci niente, a me il tempo speso di più chi me lo paga? Have been using this for years and never had any problems until recently. They introduced 'Partner Offers' which give you the chance to 'earn rewards' when you complete tasks on apps, all of which rely on purchases. I downloaded 'Dice Dreams' and completed over 950 points worth of tasks, only to be told nothing had been tracked. However, Prime Opinion Support were able to see my recent activity and told me that my rewards would be credited on a certain date, following a 72-hour period. They could see my activity but tracking didn't work? Right... All other partner offers had a CLEAR disclaimer that iOS required tracking to be enabled, but Dice Dreams did not. Regardless, I turned on tracking. This has clearly impacted thousands of players because other offers have between 5000-8000 users claiming rewards, whereas this offer has less than 300. Prime Opinion have been next to useless in resolving this even though I have sent over five separate support requests containing screen shots and recordings.
