Weeks of Excuses, Still No Payout
I’ve been trying to cash out my balance from Prime Opinion via PayPal for weeks, and every time I reach out to support, I get the same copy-and-paste response: “your case has been escalated.” Nothing ever changes, and they refuse to provide a timeline or real update. This is unacceptable. It feels like they’re deliberately stalling while holding on to users’ money. If a platform can’t process payouts in a timely manner—or even communicate honestly—people deserve to know before they waste their time. I strongly caution others to avoid using Prime Opinion until they resolve these payout issues. A company that can’t pay its users promptly or provide basic transparency is not trustworthy.
