Turned into a major SCAM.
Have been using this for years and never had any problems until recently. They introduced 'Partner Offers' which give you the chance to 'earn rewards' when you complete tasks on apps, all of which rely on purchases. I downloaded 'Dice Dreams' and completed over 950 points worth of tasks, only to be told nothing had been tracked. However, Prime Opinion Support were able to see my recent activity and told me that my rewards would be credited on a certain date, following a 72-hour period. They could see my activity but tracking didn't work? Right... All other partner offers had a CLEAR disclaimer that iOS required tracking to be enabled, but Dice Dreams did not. Regardless, I turned on tracking. This has clearly impacted thousands of players because other offers have between 5000-8000 users claiming rewards, whereas this offer has less than 300. Prime Opinion have been next to useless in resolving this even though I have sent over five separate support requests containing screen shots and recordings.
